New Found Gold operates a high-grade gold deposit starting at surface in Newfoundland, discovered in 2019 and advanced through over 600,000 meters of drilling. The company has established a mineral resource estimate of 1.4 million ounces indicated and 600,000 ounces inferred, with 1.6 million ounces of the total resource suitable for open pit mining. The deposit's high-grade core contains 75% of ounces concentrated in just 25% of the tonnage, providing flexibility in mine planning and economics.

The company operates within a tier-one jurisdiction with camp-scale potential, controlling over 175,000 hectares along 110 kilometers of mineralized strike length. This land package covers the same distance as the Val d'Or to Rouen-Noranda corridor, where Agnico Eagle derives 40% of its production. New Found's current resource covers only five kilometers of one fault zone, representing early-stage development of the broader land position. The project benefits from established infrastructure, including Trans-Canada Highway access, proximity to Gander international airport, and existing power lines, while being located in a government-supportive jurisdiction targeting five new mines by 2030.

New Found Gold is funded through its development program, having completed a $63 million bought deal with support from largest shareholder Eric Sprott, plus an additional $20 million private placement. The company maintains a $450 million market capitalization with trading liquidity on both TSXV and NYSE. Near-term catalysts include a Preliminary Economic Assessment outlining project economics, ongoing drill results from infill and exploration programs, and continued resource expansion drilling. With management led by CEO Keith Boyle, a 40-year mining engineer with eight previous development projects, and an established technical team, New Found Gold is advancing from discovery through production while continuing to explore the potential across its land position.
