GANDAWAH | Ancient Town of Balochistan | Pakistan | Part I |

Gandawah is one of the ancient town of Balochistan province. According to Arab Geographers, the history of Kachi revolves around two cities, Sibi and Gandawa. If we look at history, we find Gandawa mentioned by the names of Ganj Abad and Kandabel.

The city has a special significance in Baloch history and has long been the winter capital of the Khan of Kalat.
Today, the city is the capital of Jhal Magsi District. It is inhabited by the Jamot and Baloch tribes, who speak Sindhi, Balochi, and Seraiki. The city is one of the hottest areas in Balochistan.
Gandawa's video series will consist of two parts. In the first part, we will take you on a tour of Ayub Shah Bukhari's mausoleum, Sahi mosque, tour of the ancient fort built during the period of Khan of Kalat and a tour of the Gandawah bazaar.
