Описание к видео MetaJungle Artist Feedback AMA | Cityscape, Architecture, Geometric, & Minimalism Photography #1

This video is a recording of our 1st Artist Feedback AMA featuring Cityscape, Architecture, Geometric, & Minimalism Photography and held within the MetaJungle Discord on July 21, 2022. This session was part of our genre specific AMA sessions, and featured ONLY Cityscape, Architecture, Geometric, & Minimalism photography collections. This AMA was hosted by experienced photographers, active MetaJungle members, & collectors Mike Schmidt and Zach Lipp.

One of MetaJungle's main goals is to provide free resources to empower NFT artists and collectors to find success in the NFT Jungle. This Artist Feedback AMA series allows artists to request and receive honest feedback related to their work. This information is very helpful for the selected artists but also pertains to other NFT artists and NFT collectors in the space.

These AMA sessions are held weekly. To join a live session and/or submit your NFT collection for review join MetaJunglediscord.io. Announcements and other resources can be found in MetaJunglediscord.io and by following @MetaJungleNFT on twitter.

There was so much useful information shared in this session during the review and critique of 10 different NFT collections. Here are a few of the key takeaways -

Adding descriptions to your individual pieces is important. We suggest including the following in the description for each piece:
Story / Summary related to the specific image
Artist Name (real name) & short bio
Collection size
Edition size
License statement

A license statement details the use given to the collector when purchasing the NFT & what use the artist retains.

You also want to make sure key information is included in your collection description. This includes:

Artist name
Collection size
Small bio about artist
Summary/Story regarding the collection

You want your collections to be cohesive. This means each piece having a common theme, descriptions, etc. You want your collection to tell a story.

When curating your collection make sure that each individual piece has a description, you have a cultivating artist statement, your collection is cohesive, there is a common theme, and that each piece is strong enough to stand alone and in a collection.

Get your work out there. The more people that see and know about your work the better! Share it!

Framing, processing, and planning can be key in these genres of photography.

Make sure all pieces of the collection fit the genre, and can tell a clear story.

Don’t oversaturate your own market.

Add properties.

Link your social media accounts to your profile & collections.

Be intentional and thoughtful with your titles, artist statement, and descriptions. They can be a powerful tool.
