An easy and quick recipe for making chicken biryani with home made masala in Instant Pot. I’m sharing not one, but two methods to make this chicken dum biryani in instant pot: Using pressure mode, and using rice mode.

The first method makes a perfect layered biryani but takes a little bit of time which is well worth it though.

But if you want an amazing tasting Biryani in under 30mins I would go with the second option. Especially if you follow my make-ahead tips & already have marinated chicken in the fridge. Perfect for dawat preparation or meal preparation.
