Ingredients:
Cauli - Mash Recipe:
1 large head of cauliflower
¼ cup of unsalted butter
3 tablespoons of sour cream
2 teaspoons of garlic, minced (If you are using already minced garlic, use 1 tsp)
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of heavy cream

Keto Chicken Gravy:
1/2 cup Kettle & Fire chicken broth (Discount code: LOWCARBLOVE) - (If you want turkey gravy, use turkey broth)
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Salt and pepper to taste
NOTE: To avoid clumps, combine the butter and xanthan gum first and mix until thoroughly combined! Also, if it gets too thick, add more broth!
