I'm doing some clean up work on my "Medusa" style Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis miller) bonsai. I'm also pruning my climbing Aloe (Aloiampelos ciliaris, formerly Aloe ciliaris) to create a tree form.
In Greek mythology, Medusa is a winged human female with living venomous snakes in place of hair. Anyone who looked at Medusa would turn to stone!
