Winemaker Steve Laws has built his passion around French wine styles. It is no surprise that he specializes in grapes like Syrah, Pinot Noir, Viognier, and of course, Sauvignon Blanc.


Unlike the wines of New Zealand and the Loire Valley, these Sauvignon Blancs tend to be much more full bodied, but still crisp and balanced. All sourced from a single vineyard in Sonoma and kept on the lees for an extended period of time. The wine will have all the classic citrus notes and stone fruits, but the extended time on the lees creates a minerally mid palate.



This is a great wine to start off the warmer weather that is just around the corner.
