Mr. Noodle Steals Elmo's Parents' Car/Punished

Yep, I've finally decided to use Adobe Premiere Rush to edit my GoAnimate/Wrapper Offline videos, which gave most parts some better flow for this video. Anyways, Mr. Noodle decided to cause some trouble and steal Louie's car for whatever reason (Louie is Elmo's Dad's name), and he also got Caillou in on the ride apparently. Of course this meant Caillou & Mr. Noodle got in trouble, causing Boris & Elmo to whoop them with a belt. The Elmo-looking lady that Boris was talking to is Elmo's aunt Sue by the way, and I also have no hate on Mr. Noodle himself, since I made this video for fun.
