In our moments of anger, we often believe our actions to be skilful, beneficial to us or those we hold dear.

However, the Buddha's wisdom suggests a different perspective.

Our actions, fueled by anger, often lead to self-inflicted chaos.

As we introspect, we become aware of the irrational actions birthed from the womb of anger.

It could be beneficial to distance ourselves from the anger, dissect it, and focus on verbal fabrication.

Consider your breath. Can you alter your breath to soothe yourself? Envision your breath nourishing each part of your body, reaching down to your feet. This visualization can assist in dissolving the urge to release the anger.

The common belief suggests two options: express the anger or suppress it. Neither is healthy.

Suppression drives the anger underground, only for it to resurface elsewhere. Acting on it causes self-harm. However, the Buddha offers an alternative. We can alleviate the bodily tension through conscious breathing, dissolving it with positive breath sensations.
