Disclaimer: this video is mainly about the question of whether to upgrade a mid-power deck to being a high power deck, but most points in it are relevant across power levels. These phrases are also obviously not concrete, and I choose not to spend time defining these phrases in this video because I don't think it's really relevant to the points I make.
