I'm by no means an expert, but there is very little content out there about using e-brake preload when launching a manual transmission car. I've been using this technique for years to improve consistency in staging and launching the car, as well as to reduce breakage. This is a re-do of a video I created a few years ago - I tried to shorten it up and keep the content a bit more concise.
