Suikoden III Chris Level 99 Trick (Most Efficient Method)

Suikoden III (幻想水滸伝) Series Chris Chapter 1

Requirement to win the strategy battle with ease:
1.Item and equipment:
-Equip the best equipments for Chris, Borus and Roland
(buy it from Vinay Del Zexay council building)
-Equip at least 1 Sacrificial Jizo for Chris, Borus and Roland
(I would suggest put 2 put Borus)
-Increase the weapon level to 8 for Chris, Borus and Roland

2.Skills

Chris (Minimum of B for Armor Protect,Damage, and Heavy Damage)
-Armor Protect:95(C),140(B),205(B+)=440
-Damage:80(C),120(B),170(B+),220(A)=590
-HeavyDamage:50(D),80(C),120(B),170(B+),220(A)=640

Borus (Minimum of B for Armor Protect,Damage, and Heavy Damage)
-Armor Protect:80(C),120(B),170(B+),220(A)=590
-Heavy Damage:50(D),80(C),120(B),170(B+),220(A)=640
-Damage:50(D),80(C),120(B),170(B+),220(A)=640

Roland (Minimum of B for Armor Protect, Sharpshooter)
-Sharpshooter:95(C),140(B),205(B+)=440
-Armor protect:(40),60(D),95(C),140(B),205(B+)=540
-Damage:75(C),115(B),170(B+)=350
-Swing:(50),75(C),115(B),170(B+)=350

Tips to win Strategy Battle
- Escape the battle in the first run and grind at Plain Amur until you at least level 30 and have a skill point of at least 1000 for Chris and Borus.
-Unequip all armors and item from player and let the mosters kill every one in the party. This will restart you to the point in Brass Castle just right before the battle
-Up Armor Protect (Priority),Damage and Heavy Damage to a minimum of B each. (See the skill requirement section above).
Any lower than B will make it difficult and take too long to win the strategy battle
(In fact I would suggest you to grind a bit longer to gain more skill points, better skill point will help you a lot faster in clearing the strategy battle).

During the Strategy Battle (watcht the video)
first turn
-roland & Chris units move to right side of triangle
-two zxn soldiers units move to the left
first Enemy turns
-Once the enemy attack the left zexen soldiers, flee
-Enemy will use the karayan soldier to attack our main unit. Use Chris unit to slaugther them
Note:Chris unit can easily tank the normal unit even with 1 cover.

Subsequent
-Always occupy the right side of the triangle with Chris unit
-Always let the infantry go for the left side of the triangle and run whenever it is being attacked (purpose: so that the enemy needs two move to occupy and give cover from the left flank)
-finished off the karayan soldier spawn at the top with zexan knight unit
- always let Chris fight
- Attack the enemy on the left side of the triangle with cover support from the top triangle
Biggest Threats: Dupa/Shiba units
- Use Roland/zexen knight unit to attack and weaken dupa and Shiba unit before finishing with Chris unit
Note: you might consider to let enemy attack Chris unit instead of attacking them when Boris health is low. This way you could reduce engagement and health the unit at the starting of every turn.
