Small Bay is located in Bloubergstrand in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. Small Bay is just a short drive from the Cape Town City Bowl. The area showcases spectacular panoramic views of the bay, Table Mountain, Lions Head and the City of Cape Town. Small Bay is a popular spot for picnics and gas braais(barbecue) as well as a treat for small children to enjoy the seaside. The long Sandy beaches are popular with dog walkers, kite flyers and anyone who enjoys a relaxing, scenic and peaceful stroll along the beach. The area has a number of hotels and holiday accommodation and is an ideal area to relax for a couple of days or more. When at Small Bay and you feel like a sundowner after a day on the beach, you can make your way right across the street to the ever popular Blue Peter Hotel which has an amazing outside area and lawn overlooking the beach, Table Mountain and Robben Island.
