The world comes together in Chicago to honor the life and legacy of Rev. Jesse L. Jackson. Jackson, a protégé of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., a two-time presidential candidate, and a towering civil rights leader who carried the movement forward for decades after King’s assassination, died on Feb. 17. Three former U.S. presidents, Grammy-winning artists, clergy, and elected officials are expected to attend the public celebration of his life.
