In today's video we are covering Instacart Customer Replacements and the importance of suggesting add on items for your customers. Right now many grocery stores throughout the country are low on stock on certain items, are completely sold out of items, and/or have a limitation of one item per shopper.

Now more than ever it is critical to over communicate with our Instacart Customers because of the empty shelves and hard to find items. Let your customers know through photographs of the empty shelves that their requested item is not available, but you will do your best to ensure you go above and beyond to find the next best item for them. Due to low stock and shortages of essential items, offer add on suggestions to your customers to increase to maintain your five star rating and possibly increase your tips.

Focus on customer service right now, and not speed. Being customer centric is the key to staying on top of your rating and income.
