What happened to Mom's Touch fast food restaurant

갑질 or "Bossing Around" (towards a small guy) could be a serious wrong-doing, especially in Korea.

People generally look down upon 갑질 (Bossing Around). Nobody likes the big guy who has power and money disrespectfully treating the little guy who has no power and no money.

I do not know the full detail of the incident between the Franchisor and the Franchisee, but what it seems is that people (customers) made up their mind.

I do like their chicken sandwiches though. They're pretty good in my opinion. The difference between a chicken sandwich at McDonald's and a chicken sandwich from Mom's Touch is that, at Mom's Touch, they'll cook your order fresh. They will start frying the chicken only after they receive an order. It takes time, but the quality has been satisfying.
