Best European Stock To Buy Right Now? Analysis of CD Projekt Red (CDR), The Maker Of Cyberpunk 2077

Many investors are usually looking at US stocks, but not many seem to be looking at Europe. In Poland there's a big company called CD Projekt Red. They're based in Warsaw, Poland, but also have other locations. The company was founded in 1994. It's the largest video game developer in Europe.

They're behind games like The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberpunk has already won several awards. Its release was delayed twice, almost three times. I’ve heard some professional gamers say that Cyberpunk 2077 might become the next big game. But is this a good moment to buy?

If you take into account that Cyberpunk is going to be released on November 19, it could definitely be a nice moment to buy. The next two earnings will be important.

Gross profit has come down until 2018, but I expect 2020 and 2021 to be good years. They've got very low debt and a good cash flow to pay off debt. The PE ratio very high, but on the other hand it’s likely that the company will still grow a lot in the future.

On the daily chart we're close to support. The RSI as well. It seems to be consolidating now. The effect of last support led to a major low. There's also bullish divergence on the daily and four-hour chart. Stochastics have come down. MACD is crossing back up.
