I had called Cliff Smith, an old friend of mine from Marblehead, about interviewing him and he agreed since I convinced him it would be fun. He did not know anything I was going to say until the video cameras were recording. This is the first time I have interviewed anyone and having been on the other side of the mic before, I can tell you how stressful it is not knowing the questions before a microphone is stuck in your face. We were also running late and Cliff was already stressed about getting into a doctor’s appointment in Boston. He was a great sport about it.
