Basement suite: Complete with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom—ideal for extended family, independent living, guests, or even rental income.

Dual kitchens (East & West): A closed Chinese kitchen for cooking, steaming, stir-frying, and storage, plus an open Western kitchen for interaction and everyday family life.
