Preparation steps
Cashew 2cups
Grind it to fine powder
Take a pan and add 1 cup sugar and half cup water
stir it well
Boil ~medium flame
String consistency
Add cashew nuts powder
Mix well -low flame
Combines well till turns to smooth texture
once it start separating from the pan take very small portion and roll it
if roll is perfect then dough ready
Add ghee 2 tsp and elahchi powder 1/4 tsp
Transfer to butter paper
Cool for ~5 Mins
Soft dough by folding butter paper all the side

roll slightly
Peel off butter paper
Cut diamond shape
