Kat - Shot in the head with a needle rifle.
Jun - Doesn't really die, goes with Dr. Halsey and never re-appears.
Carter - Crashes into a scarab, destroying it,
Emile - Double-teamed by Elites and stabbed in the chest.
Noble Six - Killed when many Elites attack at once.
