Spiritual companions support people on their spiritual journeys through life.

In spiritual companionship, a trained or experienced companion uses deep listening to encourage the unfurling of your spiritual story. Through this relationship, the person seeking companionship is empowered to explore a deeper experience of God, Allah, Tao, The Universe, or however you may refer to the ground of all being and, at the same time, enjoy a deeper experience of your own life.

Spiritual companionship is often offered as a one-to-one or group experience in private sessions with spiritual mentors who have most likely completed extensive formation for this practice and service.

Spiritual companions establish a safe space for you, listening deeply and intently, spiritually, and letting your authentic self shine through. Spiritual companions seek to inspire trust and safety, to facilitate important conversations around your deepest aspirations and longings, namely our desire to connect with that which connects all beings.

Spiritual companions are welcoming and present with those they companion, listening and responding without being judgmental. They recognize the agency of those they companion. They are intuitive spiritual friends - accountable and compassionate, hospitable and open, loving yet independent.
