Paula Vieillet and Employment Options were selected to be the 2019 recipient of the Invisible Disabilities Association’s Corporate Award. Through her passionate leadership as CEO of Employment Options, Paula has helped to create successful resources which provide work from home and community employment opportunities for people on SSDI or SSI.
Paula is a Nationally Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) who has been helping job seekers with physical, mental, and emotional challenges find suitable jobs for over 20 years. She was awarded the 2011 – 50 Great Writers that you should be Reading Award by TheAuthorsShow.com. Paula is an accomplished national speaker, presenter, and author of Disabilities/Different Abilities: A New Perspective For Job Hunters, this nationally acclaimed workbook has been used in rehabilitation counseling, private and non-profit return-to-work programs and government agencies like the Veterans Administration. Paula also wrote Employment Options: The Ultimate Resource for Job Seekers with Disabilities and Other Challenges. She often consults with the Social Security Administration, state and city agencies, and hosts skills workshops nationwide.
