On June 7th 2012, Jack Fonseca, a representative of Campaign Life Coalition was interviewed on Michael Coren's show, The Arena. They discussed the debate on abortion, abortion and politics, as well as revelation's that the Prime Minister's Office and senior tory MP's have been applying heavy pressure on back bencher Conservatives to defeat Stephen Woodworth's Motion 312. That motion simply asks for a committee to be formed that would study the legitimacy of a 400-year old law in Canada's criminal code that defines a child as "magically" becoming a human being only after it completely exits from the birth canal. The Kitchener-Centre MP's motion would assign to committee members the task of studying what modern medical science says about when a child becomes a human being. The Motion has been pilloried by anti-science, pro-abortion extremists both within and without the parliament.
