1. What is DLSS Enabler?
DLSS Enabler is a "translation layer" (wrapper). Its primary goal is to bypass hardware locks. It tricks games into thinking your GPU supports features it technically doesn't (like Frame Generation on an RTX 3060 or an AMD card).

The jump from x2 to x4 Frame Generation is absolutely wild on the RTX 4090! 🚀 To get the best results, make sure you have a high-refresh-rate monitor and a solid base FPS (at least 60) before enabling x3/x4. The DLL Swap: Depending on the game, you install it by placing some of: winmm.dll, dbghelp.dll, dxgi.dll, psapi.dll, winhttp.dll or version.dll into the game folder. All files are the same, just rename it to try one.
