Center/2 Meter Offense: Preparation

In this video we cover the preparation involved at the center position in water polo. A good hole set works hard for his position, holds a side, turns and seals, and battles with intensity without the ball. After the ball is passed in, that's the easy part. The preparation is the hard part and that's what this video explains.
