What does Ethiopian Coffee taste like? Everything you need to know about the GUJI Ethiopian coffee

Ethiopia is the birthplace and the heart and soul of coffee and to simply lump it all into one country would be a disservice. It's far too complex and unique to simply say all of Ethiopia but really you should look at each region in Ethiopia and consider them separately because their coffees can be vastly different.

This video explores the Guji Zone, a region in the southern part of Ethiopia which until 2002 was actually a part of the Sidama region. however, the coffees are not the same tasting at all.
