🌟 DESCRIPTION🌟

The game features a nameless protagonist who assumes the role of an archivist and a hunter of monsters, also known as "the Archivist." The Archivist is summoned to the island of Aranearum to confront a creature named Charles, a hybrid of a train and a giga-spider, who has already killed the Archivist's friend Eugene. Before dying, Eugene informs the Archivist about Charles' eggs, which can be used to summon and battle Charles. Eugene also provides the Archivist with a train fitted with a machine gun.

The inhabitants of the island, led by Eugene's son Paul, have devised a plan to defeat Charles and seek the Archivist's assistance to execute it. The Archivist's objective is to explore the island and meet with various non-playable characters to obtain keys to the mines, scraps for upgrading the train, and weapons like flamethrowers, rocket launchers, and anti-tank cannons to combat Charles. Along the way, the Archivist encounters a group of cultists led by Warren Charles III, who intends to use Charles for world domination. It is revealed that Warren's mining company accidentally discovered Charles' eggs, leading to his awakening.

After acquiring all three eggs, the Archivist summons Charles, who transforms into a stronger version called "Hell Charles." The Archivist defeats Warren and battles Charles, finally destroying him by luring him onto a bridge rigged with explosives, causing him to fall onto a metal pole.

However, a post-credits scene suggests that Charles may have additional eggs hidden in a cavern, hinting at his possible return.
