Welcome to my channel. In this video I will show you how I made these cute little custom pet tags. Adding the text is easy, you just need a printer, a cellophane bag and some clear sticky sellotape to seal the ink in. I filled the molds up as much as I could to dome them. Normally resin shrinks as it cures and the back edge would be a little sharp. By overfilling, it gave a much smoother end result which just needed a little filing down. I think its important that the tags don't scratch the pets so that is how I do it. The downside is that it covers the hole with resin and it has to be drilled out again. I used a small size bone tag mold. It's only about 1.6 inches wide. The pets are quite small so they were a good size but of course they do make bigger ones for bigger pets too. Watch along as I go step by step and show you how I did it.
I do hope you like the dogs wearing them footage. It was not easy getting the furry friends to stay so still. I think they did well though and they seemed to like their new tags.
Products I used
