[Weather] Sanggang today, last autumn seasonal term sunnier skies this afternoon

It's Sanggang today, the last autumn seasonal term. Autumn certainly feels like it's passing much faster this year with frequent rainfall. It was a very chilly and windy morning commute for most of us and brace for an even chillier start for tomorrow, but temperatures would jump right back to above seasonal norms in the afternoon.
Until this morning, more rain is in store for central parts of Korea, Jeollabuk-do Province. The amount won't be much but Gangwon-do Province could see 5 to 20 millimeters then skies will get much sunnier for rain-affected regions.
Meanwhile, southern provinces will be sunny for most of the day with lower daytime highs at 22 degrees in Busan, 20 on Jeju. Seoul and Chuncheon make it to 16 degrees.
The evening commute will be a chilly one with an expected low of 7 degrees in the capital tomorrow, with much brighter skies in the forecast through the weekend.
