The Rhode Island Home Show returns to Providence for its 75th year, with several special features, including a tool to help tackle the housing crisis.

Darren Jodoin is part of the show team for Rhode Island Home Show. Jodoin gave NBC 10 nEWS a preview of the space, including their newest feature, the accessory dwelling unit.

"The ADU that's at the show this weekend is similar to a ranch-style home," he said. "It has cathedral ceilings. It has French doors. It's got quartz countertops. It's got all of the amenities of a brand new home."

The one bedroom, one bathroom unit sells for about $150,000.
