Review: Impossible Chicken Nuggets (Made From Plants)

It's time to try some vegan "chicken" nuggets made by the Impossible company. I've heard good things for a long time about this brand, and I want to give them a fair shake.

From the Impossible website: "Impossible Chicken Nuggets have a golden brown crispy breading on the outside and a tender, juicy bite on the inside. They're packed with 13g of protein per 95g serving and have no cholesterol. And they're easy to make—just pop them in the microwave, oven, or air fryer for a convenient meal or snack. Bonus: they're also way better for the planet than chicken nuggets from animals. The best nuggets no longer come from chicken. They're made from plants."
