Hundreds of employees at ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda, are planning to strike on November 13th to protest Microsoft's decision to outsource quality control work to external teams. The employees, represented by the Communications Workers of America (CWA) union, are concerned that the outsourcing will lead to job losses. They also criticize Microsoft's remote work policy, which they say puts increasing pressure on employees to return to the office.
