This video contains the process steps for semiautomated reballing of BGAs. BEST is using a VJ Electronix scavenging system along with its EZReball(TM) solder reballing preforms in order to insure consist reballing. The non contact scavenging system does not thermally stress the part like solder fountain deballing while also not scratching the mask like solder braid/wick in the deballing operation.
