Let's give some rustic tables a new look using a Japanese technique called Shou Sugi Ban or Yakisugi.
This ancient Japanese technique is a wonderful way to refinish furniture and wooden siding.
The result being water, and insect resistant. As well as a fire retardant.
Safety first have a hose and a fire extinguisher ready.
Remember to throw away those oil soaked rags. Keep away from flame!
