In this video I show you how to make Chocolate whipped cream frosting. This Chocolate whipped cream is made with Powdered whipping cream instead of the liquid whipping cream. This Chocolate whipped cream frosting is one of the easiest whipped cream recipes you can make. It is light and has a delicious chocolatey flavour.

Our Chocolate whipped cream frosting is made with whipped cream and rich good quality Cocoa powder. It is important that you get good quality Cocoa powder as this will impact the taste of this frosting/icing.

The ingredients used for this are
2 Cups(250ml) Whipping cream(Powdered)
1 3/4 Cups Cold milk
1 Cup Cocoa powder


It is important that everything used for this Chocolate whipped cream frosting be cold. If they are not cold, achieving a good whipped cream consistency will be difficult.

I like making my whipped cream a little thicker before adding the Cocoa powder, as adding Cocoa powder to whipped cream makes it a little softer.
If it's still too thick, a little milk can be added to loosen it up a little.

This Chocolate whipped cream frosting/icing recipe can be used to ice Cakes, Cupcakes and other desserts.
