Dr. Norma Hollis is on her 4th business in the professional development industry. Her journey has been a roller coaster, particularly since she became an entrepreneur immediately after directing non-profit programs with no education in the business world. Driven by her belief in her product, she has watched her idea grow substantially and bring her to a new chapter in her life.Norma’s businesses have always been progressive. She is actually a writer who writes programs for humanity and turns them into training processes. Her first was an early childhood assessment process that identified early learning issues. She ran the program in Detroit, MI and Cleveland, OH. Her second business was a speaker bureau where she was the first Black woman to own a bureau for Black Speakers. Now she is introducing her Authenticity concepts to corporate America with coaches, speakers, and trainers who have been certified in her process.She knows the struggles of entrepreneurs, especially when taking an idea in the helping industry and turning it into a successful business.
