Today we are making Tamarind chicken dry gravy with fresh and simple ingredients.

Ingredients
1 Kg Chicken - Cut to small pieces
1 Lemon Size Tamarind
1 Big Onion Cut into small pieces
4 Tablespoon Ginger Crushed
4 Tablespoon Garlic Crushed
10 Red Chills
10 Curry Leaves
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1-1/2 Cup water
4 Tablespoon Oil
Salt to Taste

Process
1. Heat a pan and add the Ginger and fry for 30 seconds
2. Then add the Garlic and fry for 10 seconds
3. Add Onion,Chilis and Curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes
4. Then add the Chicken cook until the color turns.
5. Add 1 Tsp salt and cook for another 10 minutes
6. When the chicken is half cooked add the squeezed Tamarind water to the chicken and cook for another 20 minutes, until the chicken get cooked.
7. Add salt as you needed and if you want more spicy add black pepper.
8. Service with rice,chapati,naan or Roti.
