In this QuickBooks instruction training tutorial, you will learn how to post a loan on your QuickBooks when you buy a new property with a mortgage. You will also learn the things that landlords and rental property owners need to have in their QuickBooks file in order to manage financial records for their rental properties.

This will help all real estate rental owners track rental income accurately inside their QuickBooks Online file. The videos in this series are specific to landlords who track their properties in QuickBooks Online.
