Outbound Voice Communication Compliant with TRAI’s TCCCPR

Описание к видео Outbound Voice Communication Compliant with TRAI’s TCCCPR

TRAI has directed all telcos (“access providers”) to move commercial communication to the 140/160 number series, aiming to create a more secure and efficient telecom ecosystem.
We have been working closely with TRAI, telecom providers and our customers to provide clarity on these changes and guide them through the transition, ensuring their business communication remains fully compliant.
In this webinar, we will share detailed insights on

1. Sales & Marketing Outbound Campaigns: All outbound calls for sales and marketing will now need to use the 140 series. We have successfully transitioned most of our customers to this series and continue to do so for new and remaining customers.

2. Outbound Calls to DND Customers (with Consent): If you contact customers registered under DND, their consent must be verified through the telco’s Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) platform. Any other method of consent verification will no longer be accepted. Once registered on DLT, you can continue reaching them using the 140 series.

3. Redirecting Inbound Calls to Outbound: For use cases where an inbound call requires an outbound response, these outbound calls will also switch to the 140 series.
