Here are two Curl drills that you can use to enhance your curl routes. The first and third clips are what I call the "Lean-3" Drill. The focus is to fall forward so you work the chest over knees, nose over toes breakdown technique. Falling forward forces you to breakdown forward and not back in the chair. Focus on your arms and legs working together. “L” shape arms and pumping, not flailing arms. Focus on driving out of the break at the top. Attack the ball.

The second and fourth clips are what I call the "Up, Down" Drill. The focus is working on the curl technique at higher speed while alternating the breakdowns. Controlling your body during those tight turns, with constant acceleration & deceleration work 🚥
