UPDATE: @Starmest3r WARNED ME. PUTTİNG ENCODER BEHIND THE MOTOR IS COUSES TO REDUCING "DEGREES OF ROTATION" 900 TO 450. IT IS NOT A BİG ISSUE FOR ME BUT IF YOU NEED 900 WHEEL YOU MUST USE 30PPR ENCODER DISC INSTEAD 60PPR. IF YOUR ENCODER DISC IS 30PPR YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR ME TO SOLVE THİS. EITHER WAY YOU CAN PLAY WITH IT. BUT IF YOU ARE PLAYING GAMES LIKE "EURO TRUCK SIMULATOR" IT CAN BE DIFFICULT. GENERALY I PLAY F1 GAMES AND I DON'T NEED 900 DEGREES OF ROTATION. 360 DEGRE IS ENOUGH FOR ME.

I tried many many things to make this mod almost perfect. I have done a lot of tests to be sure it is reliable to publish. Finally, it is finished.
