LS240 - A Turning Point...

I built this car with a specific goal in mind. That goal was to run a 10 second quarter mile with a 'junk' engine. Along the journey, some of the components changed, but the same stock-bottom-end 6L engine which I picked up dirt-cheap remained. I successfully reached my goal of a 10 second pass, but decided to keep going. With a current PB of 9.66 @ 141mph, a minor but inconvenient failure has motivated me to change the engine. I had always planned on changing the engine to the LSX 390ci engine and didn't expect the standard 6L to last this long, but we're here now.

I'm now turning the dial upto 11!

9.6's are good, but lets really awaken this car and see what potential it has, and more specifically, lets do it while also making the car more comfortable and street-able along the journey with some modern conveniences!
