In this video we will use emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping on the feeling of not being safe in your own body.

Many things can happen in our lives, from illness and injury to unfortunate trauma and abuse, which can make it literally feel unsafe to experience our own bodies. This can create a feeling of disconnection, even dissociation, and make it more difficult to bring awareness and reconciliation to the parts of us that need it.

This approach is to help you gradually, at your own pace which feels safe to you, begin to explore reconnecting to your body and processing whatever is required in order to do so.
