For some reason this mission was more difficult the second time around.
The plan is to force all other opponents off the bio-deck. I try to spend as little as possible on utilities and don't expand any other decks. This leaves enough money to hire anything that can fire a laser and expand along the bio-deck, with 10-20k energy in reserve in case things go wrong.
I kept having problems where I would lose a lot of peeps before I finished my plan and go bankrupt or stall my economy. I fixed this by crippling two opponents and then improving infrastructure so peeps weren't dying all the time. By the time I faced the third computer, I had three-fourths of the station and rolled over them.

StarTopia is a computer game from Mucky Foot Productions (formed by ex-Bullfrog employees) and published by Eidos in 2001, in which the player administers various space stations with the task of developing them into popular hubs. The game has a comical overtone, with lighthearted humour and cartoonish aliens. The game was re-released on GOG.com in September 2012.
