Volpe highlights the value of getting reps. When scenarios present themselves under the lights, it should not be the first time you've gone through it. Prepare for every scenario you might face. Recognize the situation you are in. Communicate with your teammates, and then let instinct take over.

There is no secret sauce when it comes to being successful. Volpe trusts the process, and he is consistently intentional about everything he does every day. Everything you do has to have a purpose.
