I figured it was high time for a new more informative intro to my Dog Travel Adventure channel here on You Tube. Began as a way of documenting my life in retirement, it soon became a project of documenting my life with my beloved dogs, Sara and Katie.
With my background in the natural sciences and my love for nature the old west and the indominable spirit of the pioneers that traveled across the west in the 1800's my girls and I set off on our journey of discovery and adventure as we crisscross the west from the beaches of the Pacific coast to the golden waves of grain in the plane states and from the beauty of Canada to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
I hope you will join in on our adventures and follow along as we show you the beauty and majesty that is still America today.

My name is Mark and I travel with my two Girls, "Katie & Sara" (a Border Collie and an Irish Setter), as Semi-Nomads in our upgraded 2008 Pleasure-Ways Ascent - 19ft. Campervan. I bought this RV in 2018 and have spent the past 4 yrs. upgrading it for Boondocking & Dry Camping off-grid. We are retired and now enjoy the freedom of the open road exploring and making new friends and discoveries along the way. In our coming journeys we will crisscross the west from the wilds of Canada to the Mexican border and from the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean to the Golden Fields of the Plaine States and the heights of the Rocky Mountains. The girls and I hope you will join us on this journey of discovery and adventure.
