How to duplicate and/or modify a SharePoint List row

I have a weird situation today and it is all my fault.

Some time ago I create a Power Automate flow, that now makes the process a little complex.

The automation works perfectly, it basically sends an email to the process owners of the organization to request them to submit their feedback.

My problem they keep on asking me if I can link them the form to provide feedback so they do not have to search for it, as they do not need to provide feedback every time.

The problem is that the current solution uses a custom Form for the feedback gathering, and therefore I would have to send them the link to that App.

If I simply send them the link, they will most probably provide feedback on the wrong request... It has happened before...

So, how do I solve this?

I have changed the custom form, so that when it is submitted, it will create a new entry with some values prepopulated.
