Our journey kicks off in the stunning Lake District National Park, where we stay at the fantastic Sykeside Campsite in Brotherswater. Think cozy pub vibes, top-notch showers, and jaw-dropping mountain views—a camper’s paradise! Along the way, I’ll put some new camping gear to the test, including the Epic Water Filter Dispenser, PackTowl Dry Robes, and even a budget-friendly £6 Aldi camping shower.

And because no camper van trip is complete without amazing food, I’ll be whipping out the chip pan to fry up some delicious homemade chips right at camp. Then, we roll into Pooley Bridge, a picturesque village with a campsite that literally sits on the shores of Ullswater.

From there, it’s off to Skipton, where I meet up with Mrs. Survive The Night at the serene Niffany Farm Campsite. With excellent facilities and a peaceful setting, it’s the perfect base to explore. We dive into Skipton’s bustling market and round out the adventure with a visit to the historic Haworth Village, packed with charm and history.

This trip is packed with adventure, freedom, and unbeatable experiences, showing exactly why camper van travel blows hotels out of the water!
