CHUNKY MONKEY OATS - As written in the High Protein Vegan Breakfast Ebook

Recipe makes one serving (but can easily be doubled or tripled for meal prep!)
Macros per serving:
416 cals - 12g fat - 48g carbs - 29g protein

Ingredients:
½ banana
⅓ cup sprouted oats
25g Nuzest Rich Chocolate Protein (see above for 15% off discount!)
1 tbsp flax meal
¾ cup water
1 tbsp peanut butter powder + ½ tbsp water
15g chocolate

Recipe:
To a blender add: banana, oats, protein, flax, and water. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a meal prep container with a lid.
Set in the fridge to firm overnight.
Add peanut butter powder and water together, mixing to form a liquidy peanut butter.
Pour over prepared oats.
Melt the chocolate and pour over the peanut butter layer.
Use the back of the spoon to create a pretty design.
Top with sea salt.
Set in the fridge for 1-2 minutes to harden the chocolate.
